wingspan really means nothing you could just genetically have a long wing span. I got a 182cm wingspan at 173cm yet haven't grown in years approaching 18

What do you want to measure? Your height potential or smth else, mine at 14 wingspan is probably 6'5 and height 6'2, so if u wanna know your height potential you can search for height calculator
