Well I hope you have alot of money that you can spend. Your top priorities should definitely: be hair (I'd try a hair transplant, if not possible do an artificial one, miles better than a wig since if you're ever caught with a wig it's fucking over) and LLS (limb lengthening surgery, absolute must). You'd also obviously need facial surgeries to fix your eye region, big nose and weak jaw. Also start steroids, your build is quite poor. Even after all of that you'd still probably be average or at best very slightly above, like I said dammed by fate, but hey good luck.
