1] intermittent fasting till 1 pm and do not eat after 9pm

muhh its starvation saar , and?

2] do not eat / drink anything that is packaged in plastic , eat less in general

3] touch grass at evening [ 5pm ]

4] eats eggs and butter

pretty much one of the best amino acid profile and good for t levels
