Some very obvious tell-tale signs that you aren't ready for implants. There are more than five, of course, but I'll keep it short.

#1 - You want to see beautiful results on your doctor's website.
If you are immature and naive, you think that every person who gets facial implants wants to show their results on their doctor's website, and most people do not want to. Look at you reading this thread, but you have a silly anime profile as your picture.

#2 You want a well-known surgeon or even a famous one to do your surgery.
There are thousands of surgeons who can perform facial implant surgeries well.

Let me use a silly analogy for comparison's sake.

There are thousands of professional singers worldwide, but your go-to references are Beyonce and Celine Dion only.

The problem is that you don't know their vocal coaches. Their vocal teachers are better than they are, but they are not famous, and you don't know them.

#3 You defend your doctor as if they were a God.
You defend your doctor because you want to justify your decisions, and understandably, you want them to be the best. Unfortunately, when you defend a doctor, you become biased and close your rationale to other possibilities.

#4 You believe paying 15k, 20k, 30k, 40k, or 50k is reasonable for implants and bimax surgery altogether.
You think paying for surgery is the same as buying a diamond. When you accept that you should pay ungodly amounts for your procedure, you are projecting your dreams and wishes for your results. You want terrific and very expensive-looking results!

I used to feel the same way, so take no offense (I used to be on the same boat). By the way, if you want to pay a million dollars for them, more power to ya!

The saying "you get what you pay for" does not apply to surgeons or surgeries, and art and competency do not apply to one country or region alone.

#5 You believe that facial implants surgery is super special.
Jaw, chin, and cheek implants are only special because you believe you will look like a model and that all the girls will kneel at your feet. That makes you feel special.

Sure, you maybe indeed look amazing, but don't get ahead of yourself, boy!

It is more difficult for a surgeon to pull a wisdom tooth than doing custom jaw, chin, or cheek implants on you. To have your wisdom teeth taken out is a lot more painful too.

Now, the chin is another beast; however, you should weigh the pros and cons of this particular implant. Intraoral vs. external method.

Having had both methods myself and after helping other guys and gals go through it, I would say do it externally if you get the choice.

This is performed via an external incision under your chin, right where the crease is. When done correctly, the scar is not noticeable. It could be "dangerous" when done intraorally. I will write another thread on this subject alone.

There you have it, folks. Now, tell me, will you screw your Jaw, Chin, and Cheek Implants?

I was reading about nosejobs and a good chunk of them had your free revision policy there, not as insane as that surgeon made it sound.

Is there any reason you can’t independently design an implant, get consults for it, and have a generic oral surgeon install it for cheaper?

Great question.
The #1 reason is money.

#2 Because depending on the country you are from, they have different norms and regulations, and usually, a doctor must order you a CT scan which gets sent to them.

#3 Because older manufacturers only work with doctors directly, that is how surgeons raise their prices and can charge whatever they want.

Now, what you suggest is possible, and for that, you would have to work with newer, more visionary companies who work with you directly.

@HighClassMaxing Oh, pictures of my results! No. I am sorry but I can't show myself online. My family does not know I've had surgery, except for my brother. You can read more about the reasons in my previous threads and comments.

I wish a was more comfortable doing that. I respect and admire those who do. Maybe I am a bit older than y'all and I'm old school or something. Thank you for asking, though.

Ngl bro you project your own problems like everyone will have them.
