Hey guys wanted to try my best to make a high iq thread, this is my 5 month ascension and I would like to thank a lot of you guys on here for giving me the advice I needed to know to pull more bitches and shit

1️⃣ Retatrutide Cut for 10 Weeks (1 mg to 4 mg)

Dropped 25 pounds. Probably the biggest visual change. Appetite gone, face leaner, jawline sharper.

2️⃣ GHK CU

One month in. Not expecting anything crazy yet. Months two and three are where results usually show. Hoping it tightens everything and boosts skin quality.

3️⃣ Ostarine

Did nothing except shrink my balls and take forever to return to normal. Would not recommend it to anyone. Reta is beta

4️⃣ Eyebrow Grooming

Cleaned up my brows and matched them to my orbital area. Subtle but it boosted harmony a lot.

5️⃣ Gym Routine

Training five to seven days a week. Mostly upper body and arms. Yes I skip legs. Shoulders and arms make the biggest difference visually.

6️⃣ Skincare Upgrade

Already had decent skin, but switching to La Roche Posay cleanser and moisturizer improved things even more. Consistency always wins.

7️⃣ Volufiline

Not sure if it is cope. It sticks my upper eyelids together and I like how it looks, so I am keeping it.

8️⃣ Lumify Eye Drops

Worth it. Made my eyes look clearer and lighter.

9️⃣ Quitting Weed

Used to be a heavy smoker and did not care about relationships, health, school or anything really. Quitting cleared my head completely.

🔟 Bone Smashing

No idea if this is cope. I might be messing up my face every night. Sometimes I look bloated after. Waiting to see if results happen eventually.

1️⃣1️⃣ Teeth Whitening

Guru Nanda strips and hydrogen peroxide brushing. You cannot see it in the pics, but my teeth are definitely whiter. I recommend brushing with hydrogen peroxide three times a week.

1️⃣2️⃣ Chaddy Tanning Water

Mixed opinion. It tans my hands instantly which sucks, but half the time it does nothing on my face. I think it is because I am already brown. I got the medium to dark bottle and it still barely develops. I recommend trying something else. Going to try one MT1

1️⃣3️⃣ Stress maxxing - Ashwaganda

As much as it sounds stupid, your thoughts, feelings and emotions can really have an effect on your face, you being stressed and upset won’t do you any justice, I highly recommend you try ashwaganda, it did have an effect on me where I just don’t care and it lowkey gave me brain fog but my face looks great

Good work, miring. My only comment is trim your eyebrows more, particularly the insides near your nose, look up a guide

You didn't glow up your face tbh you had a top tier base, but nice gains. You could get a CCW surgery to improve gonial angle. If you post more less angled side profile pictures, I can confirm.
