Currently 160 5’9 guessing about 18% bf. Thinking about bulking 170 but don’t want to become pills Bourogh dough boy. Should I main gain, cut, or continue to bulk?

yes but the bulk-cut cycle isnt worth it
face is king and to have the best looking face you could possibly have you have to be lean

if you want to build an abundance of muscle, take sarms/roids
but dont be a retard while doing so, youre not trying to be a body builder

Ok, is there a way tho to look lean without being scrawny?
 
Tbh u should probs be on maintenance whilst lifting hard
I feel like u might end up with a shitty physique (fat-skinny/minimal muscle) if u cut rn

But ye u also dont need to bulk lol, i would just keep lifting for a couple months then go on a cut when it gets warmer

They key is consistency, recovery, testosterone and genetics.
 
also train upper body 3 times a week, do 4 sets of 5 exercises (bench press, pulldown, inclined dumbell press, biceps curl and back) and 8-12 rep, be sure every set lasts for 30-45 seconds, for lower body do squat, leg press, leg extension, calves and hamstring. Train hard and you'll see how much muscle you gain.
 
cut a little more then lean bulk long term with short cuts/fasts

you already look athletic in the pre pic , do you do sports ?
Yeah I did sports mainly track cycling and track athletics. That’s why I skip leg days

I don't mean to discredit your results but it feels like you aren't going as extreme as possible tbqh i don't know tbqh you mog me body wise currently though
I do 24 sets going till failure, hitting new prs every week. How is that that not going extreme!

Monday: Chest and tri’s
Tuesday: Back and Bi’s
Wednesday: Legs, including quad, thighs, hamstrings etc.
Thursday. Shoulders and delts
Friday: isolation biceps, triceps, and forearms

I think one reason the physique looks so shitty is because the high bf% doesn’t show much definition but idk

You have to bulk if you actually want to make good progress as a natty. People on this site are biased against it because it's a looksmaxxing site, and when you bulk, your face loses definition/attractiveness.

But if you delay gratification, and spend years bulking with ocassional cuts and repeat the process, you will end up with a mogger physique that shits on people who stay lean all the time and are afraid to bulk.

You have to try it yourself. Spend a year in a moderate calorie surplus while pushing progressive overload hard and getting fucking strong. When you do cut, and strip away the fat. you're going to be significantly more jacked at low bodyfat

yes bulk to 175 from 160 but keep the protein intake to at least 1gram per pound of bodyweight and try to be in a moderate calorie surplus where you gain 2-4 pounds in a month and you have to push yourself in the gym
everytime you go try to add 5lbs or one or two extra reps with the same weight
