I personally am not planning on doing a surgery like a bimax but I spoke with a doctor multiple times who works with all the big surgeons in my country and he said that the mostly only accept real emergencies where a person has trouble living bc of breathing issues and shit. But there are surgeons in private clinics that do the aesthetic stuff but they are very expensive but seem worth it. Also a note for you bc you are new, usually you rep the post of someone who replied to you by clicking the plus button in the corner of the post

Unless ur blessed w genetics and have a great base yeah it’s pretty much over, i’m in the same boat so not judging but softmaxes are to accentuate your already good features. So if the good features aren’t there then well nothing really gets better. You could try hard chewing mastic if u haven’t already (use your front teeth).
