5 step oral routine to never have bad breath and be clean asf

step 1: use electric toothbrush is ur not using electric in 2024 jfl its over
step 2: use tongue scraper to get rid of all the white gunk and bacteria. relax ur tongue and scrape it all the way in the back until its the natural pink colour

step 3: use a water flosser to get inbetween teeth and remove plaque
step 4: use therabreath mouthwash. its the best its has no alcohol and just works the best

step 5: tbh i forgot but use Vaseline on lips do all of these steps and you will never have issues with bad breath and no woman will ever complain its good for confidence too everyone should do this
