Taking Caffeine in the afternoon (A-Tier damage)

Training hard or sparring at night (B-Tier damage)

Not looking at morning sunlight (A-Tier damage)

Low carb & stupid ass Carnivore diet (A-Tier damage)

Sleeping in hot or noisy room (A-Tier damage)

I don’t think so someone live a good lifestyle and exercising sleep diet etc… his test would increase maybe until his 60s
