5% Topical Minoxidil, Is It To Much?

I Just Got this Topical 5% from this Store Near me, I just wanted to know if it was to much because i usually see people using 2% so i dont know if this is safe or not.
Or if it will give me Super Omega growth? Let Me Know Please
