So since yesterday i’ve been taken pregnenolone from life extension in capsule form. Yesterday i only took 50 mg. Today i took 100 mg; 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening. It made me kinda depressed and jittery. But i will keep taking it and see what happens. Is getting face lifting effects at 23 possible from taking 50 mg a day? I lost some collagen due to high cortisol and lack of sleep.
