50 mg zinc gluconate is way too much

I was trying to get some off of amazon (zinc) and the top result was 50 mg capsules, I bought it but literally every fucking time I take it I feel REALLY FUCKING SICK i am literally naseous asf irl rn fuck this shit AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i might try splitting the capsules into 25 mg or might just buy a new bottle with way smaller doses or just not take it JFL

u cant really absorb more than 7mg at a time.
7mg of pure zinc that is, so from these pills, it would be something like 10-15mg

and if u want to take more, do it after 5 hrs

Do you take zinc and has your results from it confirmed what you've said?
BTW how good is it for increasing T?
