100 IQ technically means a 10 year old has the mental age of a ten year old.

A 10 year old with an IQ of 110,120 etc.. means he has a mental age of a 11,12 year old etc…

IQ was originally devised to identify children struggling developmentally at school

You can exploit Raven’s matrices to go up 5-10 points on tests but it won’t make you more intelligent - it just improves your test taking ability.
