I just looked at the rent for a relatively small house in the rural area where I live. I can't find anything under 1000 dollars. Most jobs won't even earn 1000 dollars a month.
It's not sustainable. I predict a huge amount of people are going to either become homeless, or there will be a MASSIVE rise in suicides in the next ten years.
It's legitimately impossible to afford housing. Especially for people with severe autism/ severe anxiety
