lets go,i did it tons of time 4-6 days now its time for 20 days 500-600 cals a day

at 500cal you are losing muscle. your body is cannablising muscle in order to extract the amino acids and other nutrients. the same is probably happening to the fat pads on your face which will also make you look worse.
