if im tracking the macros and having over 150 grams of protein and over 1300 mg of calcium with 9-10 hours of sleep it will still stunt my growth? btw im on multivitams? welp i dont really want that to happen1200 kcal at 15, just kek at you

well what is a good dietStupid asfuck dont cut down so hard when still in puberty , height > body and now it is the best time to secure a better height instead of getting so lean at that age
im platuead on the scale1200 is not enough
Now just maintain your weight and lift
