if im tracking the macros and having over 150 grams of protein and over 1300 mg of calcium with 9-10 hours of sleep it will still stunt my growth? btw im on multivitams? welp i dont really want that to happen

you won't grow on caloric deficit, no matter how much protein and microelements you eat.
you're 15, worry about training hard, progressing your lifts and eating as much as you like (but quality foods, no mcdonalds or pizzas).
you have time to get cut, wait at least until you're 18
