I thing this goes without saying.
You could change your life with that, whether negatively or positively. I do think it would be easier to negatively impact your life with it than the other way around.
You could buy yourself nice clothes or other things, offer stuff to people you like, that'd be nice, but it wouldn't be life changing.
If you chose the other way though you could completely flip your life. For example you could buy a sword and start killing random people in the street, effectively changing your life for the worse only for a few hundred bucks.
