Just spend all of my day ldaring I feel horrible. I have spent 509 days trying to better my life and still no results I always fall into the cycle of having a couple good days then something happens and I fall right back to my bad habits for more days. Ts have been going on for 509 days and today was in the top 50 worst I spent all of my day doing my bad habits and I feel like I'm getting dopamine toxicity. I feel horrible but I still can't give up I don't even know why I don't plan on getting a gf even if I improve a lot. And I don't have friends that I need to compete with but I can't give up I have wrote every day of these 509 days to document them and I don't even know why I do that too. But I still can't give up I still have hope. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to break the cycle.

u formatted this poorly it is hard to read and idk what to understand

(bad habits but u dont say what it is)

although ig from what i got out of it was your trying to improve but stuck in your bad habits

to be honest the only way to erase a bad habit is to A: have strong control over yourself or B: get rid of your means to it

i'd recommend trying A first, then B

although tbh idk what it is you are trying to fix

you can try using another phone or a throwaway that is too old to use it

that way while your main phone is temporarily out of use, you are forced to be incapable

if it really is this bad, the only way to stop it is to stop your means to reaching it

what actions are you taking to improve on

what actions are you taking to improve on
I came up with 3 systems but I'm too lazy to explain them but this is the explanation from when I first came up with them

there are 3 main systems system 1 to make's sure that I have steady and consistent improvement system 2 speeds up improvement and makes it fun and system 3 makes sure that I don't slip up or get caught in a cycle like book two. So system 1 is the to do list this is a list of things that are my first priority in the day is to do them and the list is

1- sleeping early 11 pm or earlier

2- supplements (d3 k2 and magnesium glycinate)

3- Nick curls (4 sets 3 times a week)

4- skin cure (tretinoin sunscreen cleanser ect)

5- going to the gym and working out

6- tracking calories

7- chin tucks ( 3 sets 3 minutes each set)

8- studying (now it is on hold because I'm in summer break for 4 months)

9- masia jumps for at least 5 minutes

10- praying 5 times a day

11- stretching

12- go out for a ride on a walk or

13-eye training

So in the future when I'm going to say what I did in the day instead of listing what I did one by one I'm just going to say what I didn't do from the list and if I do everything I'm going to say that I did everything on the to do list. Second system is the long goals and short goals system so the long goals are my goals for the year and they are

1-be able to do 5 pull ups (currently I can do 0)

2- be able to bench 65kg for 10 reps (currently I can do 45kg for 10 reps)

3- get to 15% body fat (currently I'm at 25%)

4-get to 182cm (currently I'm 178cm)

5- get rid of hyper pigmentation

6- ascend to LHTN which is low high tier normi
(Currently Hltn which is high low tier normi)

7- reach 1000elo in chess.com (currently I'm 300elo)

8- be able to do middle splits

9- complete calculus 1 (hopefully calculus 2)

10- get a score of 92 in 10th grade x

11- have more charisma and get rid of social anxiety

12- pray for at least 200 days

(I put a x next to goal 10 because I already achieved it)
And short goals are the goals that I can do in less than a year and I can only set one at a time (this may be changed in the future) so my goal for the next 10 days is to get 1000 ELO in chess.com because I'm already at 600elo. The third system is the two day two rule fail prevention system (I know it is a long name ) this is a improvement on the damage minimising system of book 1 and the two day system of book 2 so the system state that if I do my bad habits and don't do at least ten of my to do list that counts as a fail and I'd I don't do all of my bad habits and don't do more that half of my to do list for two days in a row that counts as a fail and if I fail the next day I have to not do my bad habits and do all of my to do list and do a challenge and the two rules are if I do my bad habits I need to recover immediately and not do it for the rest of the day. So these are all the systems in place right now. I will make tomorrow Better Bay.

ive came to the conclusion myself as somebody very ambitious myself I would say you need to focus on less things trying to balance all of these things at once will cause you to miss some stuff here and there guaranteed causing a crash in motivation you need to pick your top 5 things and commit to them I would say commit to 2 education goals 2 physical goals and one social goal it will be more optimal in my opinion coming from somebody who had a stick improvement schedule before as well
