From what I can tell, you definitely need jaw surgery. The form of jaw surgery I'm not sure, you will need to go get xray scans to figure that out and consult with surgeons.

You definitely need supraorbital/infraorbital implants. A jaw angle implant/genio is likely going to be needed as well.

You go from not being an option at all to being a viable option as long as you actually take the effort to socialize.

Don't listen to the copers on here claiming that "it's over for MTNs" when one step outside destroys this theory.

You have a decent barefoot height at 5'10, and your ethnicity isn't death-tier IMO. You have potential, just accept the tough pill that you were fucked genetics wise.
