5'10 HTN showed up at my "school" to do nothing

I had a normal day at this place kind of like a school i'm in right now that they constantly insinuate is not a school but something else, when i walked in there at the start of the day i saw this one guy there too, he sat in i guess the equivalent of a school cafeteria we have here alone, when it was time to do the first class of the day i had there i roamed the area a few times for various reasons and saw he was genuinely sitting there alone everytime i looked there, when the first class was over he sat there for the entire rest of the break and when the second class started i also roamed the area again multiple times for varius reasons and saw him sitting in the excat same spot again, when the 2nd class was over and my day there ended he was still sitting in the excat same spot, i know absolutely nothing about this guy besides the fact he was about 8cm shorter than me with shoes on, had a shirt with a canadian flag on and he didn't say anything the entire time

what the fuck is this guy's purpose? to be a background character? is this guy my ASU frat leader who brutally fame mogs me? is my life turning into a laughably stupid clip from a Clavicular stream?
