accutane on high doses is linked to growth plate closure source, but topical tret will not give you as significant results and they will not be permanent, i took accutane in eighth grade and grew taller within the last six months (4 years later) if you want to be careful about it you can do something like 20mg daily which will be much slower

ghk cu can help to improve skin texture and quality, and can help for acne scars, but it does not help with ongoing acne, its effects can be read about here and you can note that none of its effects relate to reduced sebum production or antibacterial properties, the mode of action for accutane is reducing sebum which is why it causes dry lips while using it, and extended use can permanently change your skin type from oily to normal (the case for me, i no longer do any acne creams or even face washes and have perfectly clear skin four years after my last dose)

didn’t see it before but your upper lip is very small, i don’t advise filler or fat transfer but an implant like perma-lip would be good for your upper-to-lower lip ratio

hltn rn, if you do the lash and brow dye and clear your skin id say hmtn without any hardmaxxes, and then up from there if you do hardmaxx (which i recommend)

ghk cu is litterally anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant, it will surely help; also helps with hair and it's always better safe than sorry.
Also you don't get all the bad side effects (headaches, joint pain and even erectile disfunction in some cases) but ghk cu it's way pricier

there are not studies directly linking ghk cu usage with acne prevention, inflammation is a major factor of acne but it’s not the only thing, i definitely recommend that @gorchov uses ghk cu, topical or systemic, but it will not be enough to stop his acne which is also caused by sebum production and dead skin cell buildup, neither of which are affected by ghk cu significantly enough for his case of acne

I use tret .025 every night, don't know if that's enough tho
