im 17 years and 9 months old now, sitting around 180cm/5’11 (barely).

What should I take to maximise my height as much as possible before it’s too late, if not already.
I have a 6’3 wingspan but I’m only 5’11 and I feel like I can still grow a lot more.

I was thinking of taking letrozole to delay the closure of my plates, but asides from that does anyone with relevant experience have any suggestions?

Mk677 raises your gh levels by maybe 10-30 percent by naturally telling the pituitary glands to naturally make more GH

When u inject exogenous HGH your going to be replacing your body’s normal production

Your body produces 2-3IUs naturally maybe around 4 max 5 IUs peak puberty depends on the person

So essentially if you take 12 uis your giving your body 4-6x more gh (unless your in the middle of a growth spurt) then it naturally produces

So technically the most optimal thing to do is eat good sleep good during your body’s natural growth spurt then once you stop growing take an ai and hgh and if your blackpilled enough and wanna completely max out growth your could take shit like erda+androgens+cnp+pth blah blah blah there’s a lot you can do
