5’11 17.75 y/o

im 17 years and 9 months old now, sitting around 180cm/5’11 (barely).

What should I take to maximise my height as much as possible before it’s too late, if not already.
I have a 6’3 wingspan but I’m only 5’11 and I feel like I can still grow a lot more.

I was thinking of taking letrozole to delay the closure of my plates, but asides from that does anyone with relevant experience have any suggestions?
