5'11 at 16 how over is it?

I'm currently 5'11 at 16. My dad is 6'8 and my short ass foid mom is 5'2. I grew about an inch in the last year. Is it over for me? I wanna atleast be 6 foot but. Also will my dimo improve bc i feel like im kinda boneless still
