You’re 19. Odds are your growth plates have closed or are in the verge of it. Get an x ray done to make sure before blasting yourself with roids for no gain.

its kinda over. but the only way if u want to is check ur bone age and get xrays if ur growth plate hasnt closed. Then blast hgh. If ur growth plates are closed then its over.
