They actually did a study on male height and reproductive success. To my surprise it found that overall, average height was most optimal for reproducing. And that short and tall heights were negatively associated with male reproductive success, but also found that being tall as a man was still slightly better than being short. So basically the totem pole is - Average height is superior, Tall height is ok, and short height is the worst.

tldr 5'9-5'10 is still ideal

about height, 50% are around 6 ft in college campus, 30% are taller and 20% are absolute manlets, and every single zoomer i see height mogs their dad by 4 inches here its just so weird( probably because our dads and grand dads generation dealt with wars, food shortage and now food is not a problem for families so we can grow to our full genetic potential)
also about the bullshit marriage thing you said,i live in tehran,the structure in my country is like an undeveloped country sadly .its main commercial capital and city is probably as modern as most developed european countries but other cities that aren't the major capitals for specific reasons( like for economic, tourism, trade center) the development is just like poor villages in those areas(where as in other developed european countries, all cities and villages have almost identical development and welfare) . like you go in tehran and its like another typical modern city but as you go to other non major cities, its just indescribable. so arranged marriage is not a thing if you live in major cities unless you move to a village.
