5'4 At 16, what should i do?

Guys, im 5'4 at 16. No money to Blast Hgh because i live in Brazil and some uis of Hgh costs around 4 mil reais = 400 Dollars i think idk. Dont tell me to ropemaxx please, not going to do that im still young. I was 5'3 at 13 and i grew only 1 inch idk why.
