My younger brother is 5'4 and turned 16 in december.

What the fuck should he be doing.

Dad is around 5'8, Mom 5'3.

I'm around 5'9, and even my 13 year old brother is 5'8 so I have no clue whats going on but just want advice I can give him.

Thanks boys.

he got the wrong genes sadly he can cope and blast GH but idk for him tbh

It’s genuinely confusing. Obviously we ain’t a tall family, but it’s way shorter than anyone else in my family.

If he is fat make him loose weight and then just tell him to eat more meat and fish and get all his supplements and good sleep and pray he is a late bloomer

I hate genetic recombination, truly brutal

but its not too late for him depending on his stage of puberty

He needs to twink-maxx so he can slay.

pray for him and give him hgh

He’s like 110 pounds. Obviously I know he needs to eat way more, but most of my brothers were super underweight and still none are that short. But you’re right. Outside of any pharmaceuticals he needs to max his sleep, calories, and protein and like you said pray he’s a late bloomer. It’s ridiculous because he doesn’t take it seriously, and I know he’s gonna regret it for the rest of his life if he could be taller and isn’t.

best advice is to turn him into a femboy

There's no point in stressing over it, he's 5'4, let's say he grows a few inches, he's still a manlet. Gen Z is 5'11-6'0 on average. It really won't make much of a difference, therefore, there's no point in stressing about it. He probably already completed most of his puberty by now. Hopefully he has a late growth spurt & grows 5-6 inches but that's extremely unlikely.

Basketball sleep meat supplements. Worked for me.

I’d say at 5’4 every inch is a big deal.

I wouldn’t even be that worried except he’s not grown almost at all in forever, but still seen bits of growth so I know his plates are still open.

Guess he just had to eat a shit ton with sleep and hope something comes from it.
