started working out recently, sarms coming soon, already doing mk677

wish me luck boys ( in minecraft ofc)
did some martial arts and weightlifting at 16 already, gonna take a few months to get in shape probably

i am not gonna go to normal or mma gym cause of vaccines and to save money. only have pull up bar st home, before and after pics gonna come later

thats only gonna improve aesthetics, but decrease fighting ability, athleticism and strength, after i get in shape im gonna youtube me doing muscle ups and other training, also not gonna have money in near future for this, ofcourse it will make me more attractive, but thats it and cant get it right now

dawg u takin mk for muscle growth and not heightmaxxing? mk sucks for muscle growth in my personal exp (for me its been efficacious in heightmaxxing but i cant say for certain cuz its only been 4 weeks), ive only gained weight via water retention (turned 16 like 10 days ago)
 
be careful of insulin resistance if you are taking MK. Id suggest getting a blood glucose monitor as well as berberine.

I'm 5'5 and it's impossible being confident or anything like that in public. You get height mogged by middle schoolers, average height men and slightly above average height women. I'm still growing so hope completely isn't loss but in the mean time i fraud to 5'7-5'8 just so I feel a bit better.
