That is not a real before/after. The after is shopped. I looked at their instagram, the cosmetic lane is just a scammy marketing company trying to form a social media presence so that they can sell space to doctors and get paid for referrals. There is no attribution for that photo. Every unattributed before after photo on their site is shopped. Any doctor that did that work would want their name associated with it if it were real. It isn't real. It didn't happen.

Face lifts done with bad surgeons can fuck you up with complications, be careful. Even with good surgeons complications are bad. My mom knew someone who got minor facelift and got an infeciton and her entire skin face melted off and was infected and shit.
