Im fucking 5'5 at 16 (at night) and 5'6 in the morning idk what the fuck to do, im genuienly a late bloomer no cope i barely have any signs of puberty my voice hasnt even started changing its so brutal looking like a 12 year old in highschool wtf should i do. My parents completely ruled of me taking hgh or trt or anything like that what should I do to speed up my puberty please give me real answers. My brother was also a late bloomer and ended up 6'1 he was around my height in high school

Meh if your brother is 6'1, get good sleep and eat well and let time do its thing, no need to take peps or wtver bs that may do more harm then good in the long run.
