Nah you have to relearn to walk and even after a successful LL you‘ll still walk pretty weird and can’t lift anything heavy for atleast a few years after. There’s a guy that did it and he still walks like a crippled fuck. Either use roids to grow a bit or get a lucky growth spurt while frauding 1-2 inches by wearing airforces
