doesn't realign the teeth in the first place, no use.

The only options are realigning all of your teeth which the ortho will likely not recommend to fix a single tooth though of course this could be caused by a general bite issue that could benefit from braces but cannot say without additional info, or extraction, bone graft and dental implant which would be more likely, after this some sort of retainer could be applied to prevent any other teeth becoming misaligned.

Maybe ask an Ortho, perhaps it's a simple fix

Yep, I guess I will hope that it straightens by mewing or something as my palate is already big.

I think it happened due to me eating while riding my bike pretty much worst way to eat, the tooth had strong contact with the other bottom teeth which may have caused this (multiple times)
