Dad 6'0, mom 5'4, grandpa is 6'5 but moms side is short, is it over?

I think my wrist plates might be fused ngl somehow, but heard from a thread on here that you can grow heavily from your spine, which is what my dad did, also he grew from like 16-18 a lot, same with grandpa (if that matters), over?

lol i just use a book and my hand sometimes, and i measure at 5'6 on the dot, u should start frauding if u dont its free height
