I’m genuinely so scared cause i’m 5’6 at 15 started to get puberty around like 11-12 and i was like 5’3-5’5 i’ve being measuring my self lately and i haven’t grown in a whole year im so scared

bro to be honest, get your plates xrayed

but I was like 5'8 until I was 19 and then I grew 2 inches

if you are able to you can try to get a bone age x-ray, this will give you a sense of the progress of your growth plates. If they are open you could be able to get an extra boost of height, provided you use pharma.

If you do end up being 5'6 then you'll probably have to compensate in other areas
