5’6 at 16 cooked

I went to the doctor today and i got measured at 5’6.5(Mom 5’3 Dad 5’11) he also said I’m probably done growing but he ordered me a bone xray so we will see if I actually am done. If they're closed its genuinely so over for me. I think its because of my horrible sleep habits I had when I was 12-14 and my anorexia around the same time, at least ive gained a ton of muscle since then but tbh foids dont even care about that.
also at the slightest chance that my growth plates are still open what should I do to maximize my growth
