It's not necessarily too late. Go to a doctor and have x-rays taken of your bones to see if they've fused. You may be able to get HGH but I doubt a doctor will prescribe it because you're 5'6 and within "average" range for an adult male. (99% chance they won't especially if you're going to a bluepilled doctor)

i did do an xray last month and my growth plates are still open but yeah doctor didnt want to prescribe
