5’7 at 16, how do i get taller?

my parents are both 5’7, i got a scan on my wrist and there wasn’t a whole lot of space, but people say my arms seem pretty long so i’m hoping that i’ll grow into them or wtv lmao, any advice or information from personal experience is greatly appreciated.
