My parents are 167cm (5’6’) and 173cm (5’8) .I’ve grown 1 inch taller since last year, considering if hgh is worth the money. I eat high quality foods, lean and gymmaxxed, though my sleep could be improved.

Even if you cant increase height it will still grow bone.
