and how many calories a day for the cut or bulk
 
You need to bulk so try eat around 2700 calories a day. This all depends on how often you go to the gym and if not you need to start for the bulk to work
 
bro do you have a picture of your body because the stats tell you need to bulk
that’s the thing i don’t feel like i have to bulk

if i do bulk how do i avoid bloating and i go to the gym like 4-5 times a week and swim like 3-4 times a week
 
arms looking good i would not bulk in the summer i think the best way for you is to get lean for the summer and after the summer make a bulk but get the proteins in please so you dont lose muscles and look like a stick

good build how many cals u eat a day
honestly i used to keep good track now i just really maintain/cut very slightly. like 1500-1700 usually. it seems low but i usually dont eat much and im fine. also lost like 2-3 pounds after i got broken up with like 3 days ago. but i can still easily gain muscle while eating so little because my test and stuff is high
