Hey guys, I’m having some trouble finding my flaws, the biggest ones I can notice is my recessed maxilla (underbite), UEE, and a short Ramus

If anyone could help me out with some tips or just something I haven’t noticed I’d appreciate it immensely.

Below are some recent photos of my, my physique, and side profile.

id say mtn, prettyboy archetype if i had to guess from these pictures. one thing to note training your massetters would add a lot to your face. u should be glad u dont have a overbite. a under can be fixed
easily but a over cant be so easily fixed

There isn't much you can do; you're already taking care of everything and there are no glaring flaws—the rest requires surgery

I've heard the opposite, that underbites are the cases requiring more work. I currently have braces, but my office does not use headgear as it's something I've suggested. They told me there's a small possibility of surgery, but they are going to give me rubberbands first.

how old r u? anyways u look above avg, u suffering from narrow jaw tho, unideal jfa, high gonial, no ramus, flat midface, possibly sum slight recession of the infras but most of those flaws are unfixable other than surgery and implants, also u have a pretty long face. ur uee is unideal sure but i think it should be the least of ur concerns since i barely notice it in these photos, but if u wanna fix it i think its relatively easy but idrk since im monolid

I just turned 17 recently, so plates are most likely closed. My brother hit a growth spurt in college so there is only hope. I was told I had a very narrow palate by ortho, so I feel alot my concern is in the orthodonics area. Would I benefit from any softmaxxes, or am I just gonna need to go the surgical route

underbites in general are usually as easy to treat as overbites are, both usually requiring braces and or rubber bands but underbites are harder to treat as you get older compared to overbites since the maxilla pretty much ceases major natural growth way earlier than the mandible does, so it becomes a hassle to treat, often requiring expanders and facemask therapy, but thats only if u want actual skeletal growth. also i believe theres more options for overbites as u grow such as herbst apliance, but dont quote me on that idk much abt overbites. but either way, if u have a severe recession, in the end of the day surgery is the only true answer

yeah im seeing that too, in general u have quite a narrow and long face, so i think u would largely benefit from expansion, marpe would be the common option along with mse and or fme, but depending on ur bone age, sarpe might be good for u, mbe maspe but dont quote me on ts cuz im only 15 and idrk that much abt the surgeries u can get to fix a narrow face/jaw but ik abt underbites

So something like a Lefort 1? Forgive me if I'm wrong i'm not too well read on orthogonal treatment. Also, would that help fix the issue of a flat midface? I have an orthodonic appointment Thursday, and will return to this thread.

lefort 1 would defo help for a flat midface, improves ur side and forward projection in general, but im not too sure abt ts but i think the cheekbones might become a concern as prominent cheekbones are needed for a projected midface in place of a flat one. lefort is solely the movement of the lower part of the maxilla so i'm not sure if any movement in the cheekbones would take place. but, dont quote me on this, i dont think lefort would help with the problem of a narrow face or narrow palate whatsoever and u would need to search for expansion afterwards. i personally would prob seek out expansion b4 as there is an age limit for non surgical expansion, and lefort 1 as to my knowledge can be done any time after all growth has stopped in the maxilla/midface
