CCW? I don’t really have any functional issues with my jaw so I’m not sure how that’d work. How on earth can I reach HTN though? I’d be really happy with MMTN if that’s attainable, and I’m already getting rhino for health reasons.

Appreciate the advice man, I do have a lot of money so surgery def isn’t off the table if I need it, but yeah first priority is leaning down and gym for now. I’m on tret and benzaclin and all my family members who took accutane had extremely bad mental side affects so I think that’s not really an option.
