Im on average taller than kids my age in my area, but im still 5’8. I need every tip and method to grow. Im willing to do anything but surgery. My growth plates are open and my dad didnt stop growing in millimeters till he was 21

5’4 mom and 5’6.5 dad. But my moms parents were 5’8 and 6’2. My mom’s mom’s dad was 6 foot. Multiple other 6 foot relatives on my moms side too. Am i cooked?
