Haven't grown since i was like 15. brutall, spent my prime puberty years, barely eating, sleeping, and had high cortisol

Probably the main cause of me becoming a manlet and shorter than my dad

Most brutal thing is my brother is 5'10, he ate like shit and mostly jst stayed home playin video games with little physical activity, but still he ate and slept a lot so...


I live in an asian country where the average height is like 5'8, a country in south asia, (Im only half south asian btw, not a full curry)

But still i feel brutally short compared to my friends, who are like 5'9-6'0

He lives in the philiphines, where the average height is like 5'6 lol, he's seen as a giant there and often glazed for being tall

Meanwhile me living in a south asian country is often called short, i feel like it has impacted my dating life a lot

But then again im also scrawny and skinny like 55kg, so maybe if i frame max and fraud + improve my face, things will change

@oxytocincel the genetic lottery is brutal but ur brother's height difference isn't the core issue. it's more about how ur frame is built compared to the genetic potential. your puberty years being messed up clearly dragged ur potential down, but even with good habits, some guys just don't have the frame genetics to push past a certain point. it's not always about diet and sleep alone, though they absolutely matter.

Yeah that's true, at 17 years old, i started making changes to my habits and environment

started fixing the foundation

Sleep
Diet
Stress management

not perfect rn but alot better than before

This might just be placebo but i notice my frame getting wider and like my face just looks better like theres a glow and i dont look as gaunt

Planning to fix my posture since its pretty shit rn, hopefully i can get atleast 0.5 inches, ideally 0.75 to an inch
