5'8 at 18

5'8 at 18 and my face is somewhat bloated, probably somewhere 16-18% bf. My dad is approx 5'9, my mom 5'4. I haven't grown probably since 15/16. Any chance left of growing, or should I just accept it and try to start cutting to improve face?

I grew like maybe 1 cm between 18 and 19. Sometimes growth plates can close as late as 19 or 20.
