Point being that he was talking in general trends, again he is arguing that country isn't without influence. Also using modern examples of cultures would be quite misleading since in 2022 almost all countries have some western influence

Basically this. There is no African tribe or Amazonian tribe or abo tribe or poly tribe that values light skin, even the Masai which vary in complexion (Tanzanian ones) don’t have this neither do the Amazonian
