Lol some of the women here are 6'0" in shoes. It's not super common but the other day in the supermarket I walked down a aisle with my 6'3" buddy and two black women who were 5'11" were there, and a 6'2" lanklet walked by and I was the shortest person in the aisle even while heightfrauding.


But I do agree my height isn't that terrible. I think that my face looks good today and in that picture, but on the average day when I am forced to shave for work I lose a point as well. My frame is somewhat small.

I am barely 5'8", and my wrists are 7 inches, my shoulder width is pretty good but my ankles are tiny and my calves look disproportionately skinny compared to my body and when I am at the gym I look in good shape but if I stand next to a 6'3"+ guy with a decent physique and frame ( not fat and not lanklet ) I start looking small and not as impressive.

My skull is pretty small as I have a size 7 and size 7 1/8 hat.

Hey everyone, in May I badly injured my hamstring and lower back while trying to deadlift 495 lbs ( 5 plates ) and wound up getting an MRI and found out and was diagnosed with advanced spinal compression of my lumbar part of my spine.

For the past few years I thought I was 5'7.5" but now that I have stopped back squatting and deadlifting with a barbell and started doing spinal decompression exercises, sleeping on my back, using glucosamine for a bit I hit 5'8.5" morning height right out of bed and throughout the day and night am at the 5'7.75" to 5'8.25" range depending on how much I have been on my feet and if I exercised or not and how active I am and what time of day it is.

I have already been heightmaxing using Air Max 720's and just today bought an extra quarter of an inch insole, so I am going to usually be around 5'10"ish shoe height.

I am 27 years old.


A slay count of 23 isn't that big a deal because I have had time periods of fucking 3 different chicks within a week or two week time period, and of not getting pussy for 6 months time periods. No. I have been lifting on/off for over 10 years now. I had like a 2 year period of being lazy and hardly ever lifting or training though.

I already had a good physique by the time I was like 17 years old. When I started posting on the misc as a teenager at like 16 or 17 I was like 5'5"/5'6" 145 lbs and I had a year later puberty and growth spurt than most other people ( when I was a high school sophomore I was still scrawny as fuck ) and by senior year I could put up 225 lbs on bench. I grew to 5'7.5" and heaviest I ever got was 172 lbs in my mid 20's and strongest I got was 325 lbs max bench and I tried a 495 lbs deadlift and got the bar up towards my knee and then strained my hamstring and threw out my back and then after I got injured and had an MRI for my lower back I found out my spine was compressed and have been countering that and found out that I am slightly over 5'8" in reality when I decompress my spine and stand up as tall as possible. I'm at around 165 lbs right now, maintaining 170 lbs for me is actually hard because my body is naturally lean.

At work I already wear boots that give me 2 inches ( that they gave us ) and throw in an extra inch lift and I am 5'11" to 5'11.5" in those boots depending on time of day. But everyone else at work is wearing boots as well.

In the day time when normally walking around I wear Nike Air Max 720's that give 1.6 inches and threw in a 1/4 inch insole into them as well. I am a bit over or around the 5'10" mark in them, still get heightmogged though.
