Everywhere else that I have asked for a rating I have never gotten lower than HMtn, I believe you are underrating due to your own insecurities.

i can mostly fix it by curling my eyelashes but i dont have a curler and i think it would be a little gay to curl my lashes. but when i use my fingers and curl them up it helps because I actually have a neutral/slightly positive canthal tilt bones wise, but the corners of my eyelashes are really long and make it look like I have negative tilt

curling your eyelashes is not gay. I mean yea your fingers can work but a eyelash curler would be more efficient so i would invest in one. In my opinion curling your eyelashes makes your eyes a little more appealing just a little softmax. I think in my personal opinion if you were to curl them it would reduce your tilt a tad bit.
