Somehow, I still look fat as shit. How can I achieve being lean without losing muscle mass? Should I hop on Reta?

I eat over 100g of protein every day. Would Reta fuck up my muscle mass though? I honestly don't look that muscular and nothing pops, making my frame disgusting. If I take Reta but also still hit my protein goal and lift 4-5 days a week could that reduce the chance of muscle mass lost even when I am barely eating?
eat 1g per lb of lbm

if you eat 1g per lb of lbm and lift whilst on reta it makes no difference, youll lose fat whilst preserving muscle, simple.

also depends on your starting bf %

I posted about this on Meso and got clowned for being 145 and 5'9. My goal now is to bulk up until I am 160 and then hop on reta and hopefully if I do everything right, I should be able to stay at a neutral weight while also being lean asf like sub 15%. But I want this body quick so I'm dirty bulking because anyways I'm going to hop on reta.
