Somehow, I still look fat as shit. How can I achieve being lean without losing muscle mass? Should I hop on Reta?

if you eat 1g per lb of lbm and lift whilst on reta it makes no difference, youll lose fat whilst preserving muscle, simple.

I posted about this on Meso and got clowned for being 145 and 5'9. My goal now is to bulk up until I am 160 and then hop on reta and hopefully if I do everything right, I should be able to stay at a neutral weight while also being lean asf like sub 15%.
